Thank you for using THD's Smartphone Salvage Program. The goal of this program is to retrieve all unused corporate-provided smartphone devices (ex.: smartphones assigned to associates who have left the company). This program is designed to maintain the security of your corporate data and promote environmentally responsible recycling practices.

THD's Smartphone Salvage Program is for corporate-provided devices only.

Mobile BuyBack Steps:

1. Fill out the form to the left. The information you enter will appear as the return address on your UPS shipping label, a PO Box is not considered a valid address. Please note that this portal only supports shipments within the United States.
2. Print your pre-paid UPS shipping label and note the tracking number.
3. Complete shipping instructions are contained on the pages following the shipping label(s) and include the battery labels that must be attached to your package in accordance with the United States Department of Transportation regulations.
4. Please package no more than 50 devices per box, batteries should remain inside of the device. You can generate up to 10 shipping labels at a time.
